I have received an FD for a value of RS. 10000/- vide r.no. 2455610 / 18.07.2011 and matured on 18.07.2018. Till date I have not received any information/ response from them. Payment plan C3--039. Agency code [protected]. Kindly refund the money. Regards Chakkarapani
