Pacl India — pacl missing receipt

I took a policy in Pacl on 18/8/2009 by which I had to Rs50000 in installments & was to get Rs82600 on maturity 18/8/2016. I paid 21 installments of Rs 1835/- out of 28 till 18/8/2014 but didn't pay 7 installments due to the lockout at the pacl offices. Sebi is going pay only amt paid. I should get maturity amt deducting 7 installments.

My complaint status is ID: 2254147 but no respone from the company my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com plz send my document as possible for apply

I am unable to view my pacl registration number - U[protected], while doing the registration for pacl refund process as direct by SEBI guidelines. Getting the error of 'registration number not available in our system'.

kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

sir I have lost my last payment submission receipt. how can I submitte my online form on SEBI site.

sir I had already submitted my document in PACL office by manual process. but refund not found yet. can I resubmitted by online process. but I have no original certificate and no all receipt of installment but I had payed all installment. please give me your guideline. I am waiting your answer.

My Subscribe No. U[protected] & U[protected], I have made payment of Rs. 70, 400/- but the receipts have been misplaced by the agent and currently I have only the original bond and 21 receipts & Total amount Rs. 23100/- .
Kindly let me know how can I cliam the amount. How can upload the documents as the claim amount is rs 70400/- which I have paid .
Alternatively is there any way I can get a duplicate copy of the receipts.
Kindly let me know what can be done.
