Pacl India — pacl refund - registration problem

I have invested in pacl india limited and the details are given below:

Pacl registration no.: u[protected]
Total amount invested : rs.22, 750/-
Pacl branch office : tirunelveli

In response to the recent refund scheme announced by sebi, i tried to submit my investment details online. While trying to register, i could not do so. "this pacl number does not exist as per our records" message comes. Kindly look into the matter and include my pacl registration number (U[protected] also in the list prepared for refund of deposit amount.
