Pacl India — problem with registration and login

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue?

I have already submitted the complaint since no reply has been provided by you. I request you to provide me some reply .I have joined many people in pacl, if i get some reply i can able to post their documents so that they can refund their money .You just provide me some response to my mail id . i just request u to provide me some reply...
