Laxmi Hasare Policy S.N 2283606 Registration No. U[protected] dt. 20/09/2014.
Unfortunately your office was closed at Kolhapur Branch. I tried to contact your at the Site Contact No but no luck, hence i am registering a complain here.

So my humble request to you please clear the amount at an early date. The Policy Bond copy will be attached also for your ready reference
