Pacl India — reset my mobile number

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password. Please solve my issue? What i have to do?

Sir, i have submitted my original bond and first and last paid receipts. But i have all other 10 paid receipts. Can i apply in pacl refund website. Pls answer me. Then i have acknowledgement about my payment in pacl. They only gave that to me. Please help me

Sir, Level 3 do not upload, photo, pancard, passbook. Please solve this problem.
