Pacl India — unable to upload receipts of pacl for refund

I have tried filling up pacl refund form (My certificate number is n[protected]. On the last page where i am required to upload all the receipts and certificate, i am able to upload only one receipt. Following which i am unable to add further receipts. The deadline for form completion is approaching. I have a total of 18 receipts to be uploaded. Kindly guide me how to proceed — should i submit form with just one receipt?

firstly, it was earlier not accepting registration no and now website is not working at all.

The documents like PAN #, 1st page of Bank pass book xerox, photo, PACL certificate are to be uploaded to website as per orders passed by SEBI. All the steps for document uploads were followed. The system is not working when the last document at Step 4 is to be uploaded

I have done with registration 2 week back, now your webpage service is not available

I am not able to register for online application . u[protected] this is number is does not registration. when the enter in website message by "this number already register". When the forgotton password - message I saw "mobile no invalid mobile no"

Following which i am unable to add further receipts. All the fields in the tab are grayed out. The deadline for form completion is almost going to end. I have more receipts that needs to be uploaded. Kindly guide me how to proceed. I am unable to complete the procedure due to this issue?

I have also send an email to [protected]@sebi.gov.in but I am awaiting their await

Did you get any response from nodal officer? I am facing the same issue.
Did anyone get any resolution for this? Even i am not able to upload receipts in step 4. Please assist.
I am unable to upload PACL certificate and receipt copies. Constantly getting error while uploading the documents. Please find attachment for the error message.

In the first page, it will ask for total number of documents...if you have mentioned one, you will be able to upload only one document. Update total number of receipts, and you will be able to upload the documents. whatsapp me if you have any questions. [protected].

I have mentioned it as 10 as I have one certificate and 9 receipt copies/
