Pacl India — website issue and extending date

I was unable to upload all my pacl documents since the website was not responding at all and few documents have not been given to me by my agent.

Please let me know the alternative method of submitting all my documents.

The deadline of 31st july 2019 was too short and your website was not responding at all.

Please extend the deadline line date
