[Resolved]  Pacl India — while registering on sebi pacl refund website getting error as "the pacl number already registered".

Please help us as we are not able to register on "https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in" website as we are getting error while registering. Please find below details for the error.
"The PACL NUMBER ALREADY REGISTERED"
