Pacl India — wrong documents submitted

Sir while registration i have wrongly uploaded wrong documents and i even got confirmation button. Now i want to cancel the registration. Please give one solution. The actusl problem is while uploading documents i uploaded documents of another lady. Now there is mismatch in the documents and registration number now i am trying to cancel the already uploaded number s and re register it which i need your help
