I bought 1 whirlpool AC which is to be free installed, It was agreed by sales man that it will happen bylast Sunday and when I have visited to shop yesterday they promised for today. Now when I have called customer care, they are confirming that they are too busy and they can do it only by tomorrow. Really 6-7 days required for installation? So question is whose fault is it? Is it the service man who is least bothered about PAI company reputation or is it PAI sales man who is least bothered about the after sale service or the owner of PAI BG road who thinks his customers or happy or finally is it me who went to PAI to make this purchase?
