[Resolved] Pai International Electronics — I'm complaining about LG refrigerator replacement

As we booked LG 342L GL-T342TPZY-REFLG1165 On 20/10/2022 they promised us that they deliver the product by same day but didn't receive the product even for 2days but we they deliver the damaged product on 21/10/2022 at 8:30pm and they promised us they give a replacement of the product by 22/10/2022 within 1pm but we still didn't received it, the store representative and delivery co-ordinater has given wrong commitment to us and the delivery co-ordinater name Mr Sachin who was lie with us and he co-ordinate our bill to another delivery co-ordinater name Mr.Chethan who is too arrogant and such a worst behaviour with us. We are so disappointed and pissed off on pai international electronics NO.27 RR LAYOUT, NAGADEVANAHALLI, KENGERI RING ROAD BANGALORE. Hi,

Hope you will be fit and fine and most importantly ALIVE, unlike LG India Support/Sales/Service staff which looks like is DEAD as they failed to my 25+ interactions (Mail/Calls/Chat/Emails) respond in 30+ days.

So if you know someone in LG India who is alive and cares to do his duties please forward this message to him. Either he will respond or else he is dead like others in LG India Vertical.
