[Resolved] Pai International — lg washing machine | |||
Aug 15th we have taken lg washing machine and paid delivery charges of 200 rs however the delivery guy asking to pay extra 300 rs. We approached pai showroom in bn reddy on aug 16th but it was not useful. The area showroom manager (Raju) was not polite and raising his voice on us. I have attached his photo as well. It was worst experience with pai they don’t know how to behave with new customers. Just for 300rs out of 36000 worth of the product, you people are getting bad name to the shop. We have purchased air conditioner on 1st of feb 2020 they have installed on same day but installation guy has done incomplete work and we had got damaged peace. PCB problem sensor problem. Five days compleated till now no exchange we had ordered ac for my brother marriage purpose marriage will be with in one and half day. Please do needful help.
