[Resolved] Pai International — pfbd161-5fp - queen size cot | |||
Had purchased a queen size double cot from pain furnitures located in raghuvanahali on kanakapura road on 23td nov 2019. Had requested to deliver the next day and have the installation completed on monday, nov 25th post 6pm. This request was also updated in the invoice. Before placing the order, the manager in the front desk checked the warehouse for the stock availability and confirmed the delivery and installation date and time. However, in spite of personal and telephonic follow ups no one came for installation on monday evening post 6pm. We had leave office early to ensure someone was at home when folks turn up for installation. The installation folks came the next day for installation. However, to our surprise we found that one of the components related to the storage space was not delivered. He informed the warehouse and concerned people on the same. I got a call from warehouse informing me that if am available the next day and if they could send the missing material for installation. I had to change my office plans and work from home to accommodate this request. However, no one turned up till 3.30pm after which i called up few people in pai. I got a call from the warehouse and was informed that the material was not available and would be sent only on dec1st. This is really frustrating as a customer where promises are not adhered to and materials are shipped without all components available. However, payment was taken 100% when the order was placed. This is really unacceptable and not something you associate with a company like pai international. Kindly look into this complaint and do the needful at the earliest.
