[Resolved]  Paisabazaar.com — pathetic customer service and poor knowledge of loan process

Hi,

I am ramesh. My loan request number is [protected]. I have requested for a small personal loan of 1lakh rupees on 11.12.19.

I spoke with an agent name dhananjay on 11.12.19 and discussed about the loan terms and condition. He promised me he will get back to me in 24hrs but he didnt call. So i myself called again and spoke with another agent divya and gave my details once again to her. She promised me that she will process my request and get back to me. Next day dhananjay called me and asked for some more details. I answered him that i already spoke with divya because you didnt call me. He said he will speak with divya and he will take care of my loan request. The drama conitinued for 3-4 days. After some days a guy came to my house to collect my documents. 2days later same guy came to collect 5 cheques. Next day a guy called and said he is coming for house verification, but ge never turned up. Next day again one guy called and said he is coming for house verification but he also didnt come. I got frustrated. 2 days later i got a call from arti (Contact:[protected]) and she is from kotak. She also did a fake promise that she will take care of my loan request. On friday she said one person will definitely come in 24hrs for house verification. Guess what! Friday gone, saturday gone, sunday they may not be working. Few days later a guy came for house verification. I called arti from kotak to let her know but she didnt answer. May be she was busy so i sent her text message informing sbout house verification. I called her few hours later and she said in 24 hrs loan amount will get credited. After 48 hrs i called paisabazaar and spoke with an # supervisor himanshu who just wanted to get rid of the call so he promised that supervisor of divya will call me in 24hrs. But i got no call back from arti, divya, himanshu, supervisor of divya, etc. Today on 24.12.19 i called paisabazaar again and ask the agent to transfer call to # supervisor himanshu but the agent kept me on hold and then said transfer system is not working so there is a call back arranged. Again the same promise they made that i will get a call back in 24hrs.

I hope you understand that when a middle class person request for an urgent loan that means its really urgent.

Its 20th day today and still nobody knows when i will get the loan amount credited.
