[Resolved] Paisabazaar.com — about mutual fund | |||||
Hi I have started my paizabazar account and scheduled sip however my first emandate did not happen. When i checked with paisabazr they asked me to complete my emandate and papermandate and schedule sip.. My bank account got debited twice.. And duplicate sip are showing as cancelled. However i have not received any refund of the cancelled sips Now paizabazar is not responding to my emails and upon checking they confirmed that my dashboard is showing wrong info and the duplicate fund will be going in some other sip named as icici prudential. This is like frustrating.. I want my money back else close my sip and account with you. I am going to seriously write this on social media and take it further. Kindly reply.
