[Resolved] Paisabazaar.com — ecs amount not reflecting in mutual fund folio and getting strange response from paisabazaar team | |||
Dear paisabazaar team, Please check and give clarity on why my hdfc small cap fund[protected] / 82) is not updated. This to inform, out of my 5 ecs in feb'19 only 4 ecs got updated in my folio. The following amounts were debited from my account through ecs in feb’19: S no. Value date Transaction date Cheque number Transaction remarks Withdrawal amount (Inr) 1. 08/02/2019 08/02/2019 Ach/razorpay/00202625 2, 000.00 2. 13/02/2019 13/02/2019 Ach/razorpay/00212211 2, 000.00 3. 13/02/2019 13/02/2019 Ach/razorpay/00212212 2, 000.00 4. 13/02/2019 13/02/2019 Ach/razorpay/00212213 2, 000.00 5. 13/02/2019 13/02/2019 Ach/razorpay/00212214 2, 000.00 The following 4 folios have been updated against the above mentioned ecs: · 11753736 / 38 · [protected] · 4546181 / 45 · 11753737 / 35 But the amount for folio no. 14216616/82 is not updated.
