pan card centre — Fake PAN Card

Respectfully, I received a letter from HDFC back that there are two customer ids on my pan card, please make it one.When I inquired about this I found out that the other PAN Card which is used on another account is having same Pan number and other details but photo is different and that person has taken limit of 40 lakhs also.That person is having customer id 55798027 and it seems he is doing fraud and has made fake PAN Card. His account exists in HDFC Bank Mata Pani Chowk Ludhiana.please cheak throuogly and send my complaint to concerened deptt
