Sir, I am Aishwarya Rajendran, received my PAN card last week, and checked my PAN CARD in the link KNOW YOUR PAN, it says PAN does not exist. I think its not activated yet, So I request to you please activate my pan number as soon as possible. please do the needful. To activate my Pan card I need to register a complaint. So, first created a Account in the Consumer Complaints site the site link is www.consumercomplaints.in . After login to the site registered the Complaint by filling the complain form and also given the PAN CARD details and submitted the form.
The next day of my complaint they send me an email stating that they forwarded the complaint to the Income Tax Department Customer service and you will get reply within few days. Received mail from the email-id: [email protected] . And I checked the Know My PAN link it display my details correctly and solved my issue. Income Tax Department customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
