Pan Card — pan card returned undelivered

Sir/mam,
Mam i have applied for my pan card in august. My pan card is returned undelivered as i was hospitalised and unable to receive it. I have to give my pan id in the certificate verification regarding my job. I would request you to kindly help me to get my pan. Hope that you would respond to my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible
