Pan India — payment

I have tried to make a payment of rs 349 on 18.4.2018 at around 12:30 pm through hdfc netbanking but the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account and i neither got any confirmation from pan india or payubiz... Which i got when i made the payment again at 6:30 pm on the day day i contacted the bank they are saying it is done with the bank check with the merchant... My transaction ref no is[protected]... Kindly help
