Panasonic — 32 smart tv es480dx - voice break | |||
I have bought tv on 18-mar-2018 and i saw voice break when i use the cable tv (Av - rf signal) and raise the complaint. Engineer came and said as its digital tv, so does not support cable tv rf frequency and recommended to use setop box and close the compliant. Once more i have raise the same compliant. Here what i want is rf doesn't support properly then why this brand provide av (Cable tv) port provision. And catalog also suggested can use av signal (Cable tv). And i have suggested to you all don't purchase panasonic tv. Was this information helpful? | |||
