Panasonic — can't supported in ac installment process

My product is delivered nicely today i appreciate from delivery of amazon

But, i feel hassle from installation team,

Because i have already compressor stand and water pipe this guy is asked installation charges of stand is rs. 350/-

And it's behaviour also unprofessional and then i called service centre she ask no charge of stand installation and give me number of manager of this installation person

But this manager can't received my call and he cut it my phone and also installation person can't receive my call

Can anyone help me about this? Otherwise i returned this item
