Panasonic — complaining about panasonic service center jaipur ie (raj associates) | |||||
I had purchased a panasonic refrigerator in 2012. Yesterday suddenly its stop working after a noise. I complained to panasonic they send a technician and checked the refrigerator. He said its compressor is not working its must be change. He told me the estimate rs 6000. When i asked him about warranty, he said no warranty for any spare part. I would like to know how it is possible that a multinational company does not give warranty for spare parts and its not a small part its a compressor.. I would like to mention here that a local technician giving one year warranty for compressor and his job work... My second objection is that they dont take cheque payment for job. Called serval times in Panasonic customer care ...very pathetic service ...there are not able to arrange a technician for borivali location
very bad service... not at toll happy with services...
