Sir, My complaint is regarding poor service from panasonic service department. I had bought a panasonic 1 tn inverter ac bearing model no panasonic cs-ps12sky/1.0 on date 15-04-17.The timer light was blinking on 5 th June 2018 so I called the customer care and my technician support request was accepted with a service request no R[protected].as usual, technician came on 6th June 2018..monitored the aircon, cleaned it and said that the problem has arised of voltage issue, it will be fine and left my place. At night when i switched on my ac i found it not doing any cooling. Next day i imediately informed local panasonic customer care stating my issue is not resolved.another Service engineer visited my place and again remonitored and stated fan motor change..different technician suggesting different issue..not reliable at all. This is simply a big negligence from a brand like panasonic. Even after repeated phone calls to service centre, they are doing undue delay regarding this matter. I am feeling very helpless. I would request to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||

Service center Reper my AC.and carge 3000.in two days my AC gas leak. I call service manager Rohan.. They did not come to fix
