Please check this issue as I bought a Eluga Max Ray in the month of june 2017 but this phone stopped working after 1 week, I approached a service center situated in my native place (CIPL Technologies, Rajkumarganj, Darbhanga) and they kept this phone for around a month but still issue not fixed.i have sent many mails to customer service people but they are not responding at all. When I call customer care then they disconnect my call.Have I committed any mistake by buying your product. I paid 11, 500 rs for this junk piece and did not use this even for 1 week. I need a motherboard for my home theater, already i asked to the service center at madurai, they said its not available here because its imported from bahrain. So please give me the solution for my home theater.

Hi this jeetendra Katare I have perched led TV date 08/05/2016 but today his pictures gone I call customer care his want to change of customers service but have new led take only one year this not good service
When I call some and put my phone on speaker then voice come very low and when I play the music then left speaker is not working.
