Panasonic — following since march 15 for landline phone not working | |||
Today i checked the history of this case, and am really disappointed. I found the first email was forwarded on mar 15 or 16 (Please find email attached at end) and we are still following without any resolution yet. We are actively following since september in which i have been given wrong information many times. Twice i was told replacement is being provided, information of some person manish was wrong etc.. I have visited pelican service centre twice in which phone was kept over a month without resolving the issue. Still, the phone is with pelican under service after a suggestion from support to submit phone again. Pelican latest updates were: The phone is completely dead now. Its keypad, ring etc. Nothing is working. They are also not sure how much time it will take to repair the phone. This is post assurance from support to provide best services. Email of 15/16 march, Hello sir, I recently purchased panasonic wireless landline phone. Problem is when people call many times it does not ring.
