Panasonic — fraud, close job sheet without, hanging mobile phone maybe misuse of phone

Job sheet RVSRN1905THF00110, but there is catch, now I've realized they have closed my job sheet, and that mean mobile has been delivered, and i handover jobsheet with my signature, how can be it possible, i haven't received mobile and i've job sheet with me, so did they forged my sign and submit the jobsheet? and if so, then this is fraud. then i've to file complaint against them in police, before it can be misused, just take this matter seriously. Now let me tell u the whole matter. i've bought the phone on october 2018, and this phone is so problemtic that in 6 months 3 times, its motherboard has been changed, and when it still creating problem i call customer care, they assure me of phone replacement and in front of them service centre too noded for phone replacement but when i reached service centre, they said that they keeping my phone on testing and in the name of testing they changed motherboard 4th time, and when i contacted them they are saying, now you can take away that faulty phone. Now just tell me, firstly which phone needs 4 time motherborad change in merely 8 months, secondly if in 6 months 3 time phones motherboard has been and in 8 months it require 4th time motherboard change, and my phone is in warranty, then am i eligible for phone replacement or not? and now employees in service centre insisting me to take away that faulty phone but this time i didn't agree to take away that faulty phone, and demand phone replacement but they are not agreeing and now its almost a month, and trying contact them literallly several they either didn't attend my calls or fool me by saying they are busy themselves contact me and whole months has passed away but they never calls, not a single day. and if i calls myself as usual several times, if they attend they talk very ill-manneredly and disconnect my call in mid even completing the conversation, this kind of dilgence and professional behaviour does Panasonic employees have, now they have closed my job sheet without my signature, thats too fraud and they are leaving me no choice except take that faulty phone. I'have send an email also over a week ago regarding this but as usual no reponse. Now i'm sick and tired of this mental trauma, and enough is enough, now not just i want phone replacement and also demand compensation of Rs. 20, 000 for going through mental harrasment and menatl torture going through in 8 months.
