Panasonic — I am complaining for refrigerator

I have complained about my refigretor on 12th April 2022 and today is 15th April 2022 but I didn't get any engineer visit at my place you guys have very poor customer service... If I didn't get engineer visit by tomorrow I'll go to the consumer form.
