I registered my Grievance on the customer care portal on 12 April 2022 through my Mobile Number, for the non-cooling of the Split AC installed on my premises. As per the Job Sheet ( Copy attached), one engineer visited to my premises on 14/04/2022, and only detected Gas Leak ( R-410 A), and was paid visit Charges for the detection of the Defect "GAS LEAK", and assured us that REQUIRED GAS WILL BE FILLED ON THE NEXT DAY. Thereafter, again we made several follow up, and finally, on 25/04/2022, another engineer came and informed us that the cooling coil needs to be replaced
We agreed to the replacement of the cooling coil, and we were informed that they have procured the cooling coil from the warehouse, and will be installed within one day. But, there has been no progress on this issue. I registered many SR from my mobile number on 01 May 2022, 4 May 2022, and 6 May 2022. My complaints mechanical forwarded to the service center, and thereafter I received a telephonic call from the service center every day at 11 a.m, and every time I was assured that service will be provided within 6 hours. But, after the call, the service engineers neither made follow-up nor responded to our telephonic calls. I brought to notice these incidents to their customer centers many times, and I was even provided mobile numbers of service engineers which were never responded to any telephonic calls
I made 2 emails to [protected]@in.panasonic.com first on 25 April 2022 and second on 2 May 2022, awakening them to the exact position of our grievances
I received no response, then I made an e-mail to the Head of customer care on 06/05/2022 Service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com. I again received no response
Thereafter, I made another complaint to the service center via mobile on 07/05/2022 which was registered, and there was no reply
Every time, I made a complaint to the service center for the last 1 month, they say they have forwarded it to the service center. The service centers made one or no calls, and thereafter they don’t pick up the phone. For the last 1 month, I got totally harassed by the inaction of the company staff, their service centers, and supervisors. They failed to provide service, giving wrong assurances to the Public and just wasting the time of the Public, despite innumerable follow-ups. They canceled all my previous complaints for reasons best known to them and promptly register the fresh complaint and just gave me the wrong assurances
