Panasonic — Issue in TV replacement for panel problem | |||
Hi, I bought a panasonic tv of model th43-6500. It got a panel problem in service period. After checking, the technician told that we will be replaced by new television and suggested 2 models, as the above mentioned model is not available.. For replacing new model they asked me to pay rs 2500. We also paid the amount by 5th nov 2020. But still we didn't get the replaced television. Today on enquiring, the dealer says you will be replaced by the old model. I doubt the dealer wish to sell the new model that we choose to buy, and give us a old model. Kindly enquire about this and get me my replacement back. I have attached the serial number of the old television along with the reciept given by the dealer.
