Dear concern,

There is a pathetic situation that we are facing since more than one month. I have went to your concern east delhi service centre where there is no manners to deal with the customers moreover no solution provided till now.
I have purchsed this hand set in the month of march'16 and after one month only it has been out of order and submitted for the same..
After following up after many times they are not getting seriuos and postponed the time again n again.. Being a service women i need to be having.
Now after getting too frustrated i am going to consumer forum and not to take back it. I want my money back with compensation on the cost of mentally harrasment.

It is my very bad and bitter experience with your comapny where no worry about the customers services.

Kindly help into the matter

Panasonic — Mobile charging problem

I have a panasonic eluga s . Under warranty, i have given my phone two time to your service centre in ludhiana. For charging problem . But both times they dont solve my problem . They give back my phone after 10 days without repair.
