Panasonic — non replacement of defective parts of semi auto washing machine model-w68b3 under warranty | |||||
I had purchased above 6.8 kg washing machine on 25.01.2017. This Panasonic product is under warranty for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. On 26th Nov this year I lodged a compliant for non functioning of spinning unit. Their technician came on 27th Nov and after checking he issued call report that spinning motor needs to be replaced. But even after 12 days, the same is not done. Their service desk in Kolkata has offered verbally to me that if I deposit RS. 3500/- they will give another washing machine, as the defective parts is not available with them. I would request the Panasonic people through your popular zee channel that they should recall unrepairable washing machine and purchase price to me.
