I bought a panasonic ac on 24/03/17. Faced problem on 15/04/17. Registered the complaint. Since then every now n then someone new come n state a new issue to be resolved in a new way. Note - ac is still not cooling, for which i have complained for about 8-10 times to panasonic. Now the company claim a default in installation which need to be repaired, and for which it is charging me. Installation done by panasonic, product of panasonic, people of panasonic. Why should i pay charges, specially when in warranty. My reference number r[protected] and 8 more like such. I have come to terms believing this company is a cheat. I submitted my mobile in panasonic service center for the problem charging issue and network problem and paid 810rs..but my problem was not solved and they said that money not refund and extra 1650rs you have to pay..they said that the repair mobile from outside private mobile store...also my charging problem was not solved
