Panasonic — panasonic eluga i2 mobile | |||
The mobile was purchased online and became defective 6 months after purchase. Since then we have been following up with the local service centre as well as the service team in panasonic. Even the doa of the handset was created but we were told by the company representative to submit the mobile back to service centre itself for replacement. It's been 4 months and the handset has still not been replaced or repaired. It's under warranty. The standard response that we get from the service centre people is that they are still awaiting response from the company. Please help either with solution to this by panasonic or by guiding mewith filing a complaint with a consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
