I purchased led on 13jun2017 in 45, 500/-, in just one year 6aug2018, that led board is damaged as per service person. On 14sep2018 board is replaced by panasonic technician. After that on 25aug2018 we faced same problem as per panasonic technician.. After that on 29oct2018, led again damaged.. I called many times on service centre n talked with ayushi for the same, she was doing mis behaved with me.. N sending the estimate letter. I only just sayed to her that please replaced the led.. Please help me.. N replaced the led other wise i will go to the consumer court.. Very poor quality of panasonic product.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
