Panasonic — panasonic refrigerator not cooling since beginning | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased panasonic refrigerator (Panasonic_nr-a195rgp), on 1st june 2017, vide invoice no ri-607/17-18, dated 1-june-2017 from bsds distributors (O) pvt. Ltd, cuttack, odisha. Since beginning cooling of the refrigerator is very less and the contains getting spoiled. I have made several complains, but not been attended properly. Your service people comes and just defrost the same and escape away. Last time mr. Prasad of your cc dept. Contacted me and send service engineer. They have taken temperature of the refrigerator and commented it's a manufacturing defect and escaped away. Since then i tried to contact your service people several times, but they stopped taking my calls. What i feel they are simply waiting to get my warranty period over, on 1.6.2018. Then avoiding your fault or responsibility, you can deny or charge for repair. Please take up and solve the matter very seriously. I have waited several months for your response or action if i do not get proper response within seven days, i'll be compelled to move to consumer forum for resolution..
