I purchased a panasonic washing machine model: na-127vb3w01 bearing serial # 460654 on 11.2.2015
Last year, the machine broke down and it required replacement of the pcb. I paid over inr 12, 000.00 to get the pcb replaced. I was not returned the old pcb which was replaced and i did not receive any documentation that proved that the pcb was actually replaced.
The machine again broke down early this year and the repair engineer from the panasonic authorized service center again cited the same issue and mentioned that the pcb had to be replaced.
This was shocking as i would be again spending inr 12, 000.00 to get the pcb replaced. When i asked for the documents to prove that the pcb was actually replaced in the first instance, i was told that they could not do so.
I was then offered a discounted price for pcb replacement. I am wondering how can an authorized service center offer me such a heavy discount.
I am open to getting the machine repaired as long as i receive the documents to established that it was replaced in the first place. Was this information helpful? |
