Panasonic — regarding ac installation | |||
Please find the attached photos of my site where i recommend installation to service engineer. Service engineer and its head are intentionally create this issue because i complaint about he charged inappropriate amount as mentioned in previous mail and also problem regarding in timing i gave time 7 pm on 16th april 2019 but he dose not come without intimation and i gave another time on 17 april 2019 7 pm but he comes at 10 pm so i complaint too. I clearly says if you are coming on time then gives me confirmation otherwise give your time, but he gave confirmation on call. So above 2 issues regarding this engineer and its head create this issue intentionally. Service engineer and its head ask me you provide safety case to our engineer otherwise we don't installed outdoor unit in this place, but i says safety case provides you your company and comes another time with safety case & belt. But, see not taking this seriously and bluntly says in this mail we found that the site is not correct where you wants installation of your product. Above this mail you mentioning in terms and conditions about installation in flat type home we can't installed your outdoor ac unit, so we never purchase this product of sanyo/panasonic. Please stop 'gundagardi' regarding installation. So, please give me proper reply about this. Please do the needful asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
