Panasonic — reimbursement | |||
Few weeks back i purchased a new panasonic 32' tv in exchange of my old tv of 56'. The customer care in-charge of panasonic at bhadson road patiala, punjab, advised me to exchange your old tv from a prescribed show room at sirhind road in patiala with 4000 deduction. I purchased a new tv from the said show room but the owner of the showroom, in contact with the customer care, told me that he can reimburse only 2000 rs. And you get the remaining amount from the customer care. When i contacted him he asked me that he would send the money at your residence. But when after many days i contacted him to reimburse the said amount, with dilly-dallying attitude, asked me to first send back the stand and remote of the tv which was never discussed earlier. As the matter is of just 2000 rs., i don't need the money. However, i request you to please advise your customer care officer to not to harass the people on fake ground.
