I had booked a service last week. The response was prompt. The service person was not interested in giving service as he said he will not be able to climb the window sill. Installation at the time of purchase was done by panasonic person... Instead he wanted to make quick money privately. He charged us rs. 1500 for removal of outer unit and installing it in another part and also wet service. We did not agree and he went off charging us rs.118.
