Product # Split Inverter 1 Ton AC
Problem # Repeated Gas leak from warranty.
Date of purchase from authorized panasonic dealer # 04 June 2018
Problem # Since warranty there is Gas leak in AC. First time in warranty, they observe Gas leak & they fill the gas withouting checking gas leak source.
Again after few moths, same problem repeated, so paid nearly 4500/- & temporary problem resolved.
3rd time, again problem repoeated & pansonic team inform team Gas leak issue. They send estimate of around 4500/- again.
We hardly use this AC, as many times, we stay in another house outside Thane. However out other AC'S are working fine in same house. Since from installation, i don't think we have use AC for even 30 days.
So feels stroungly that they have provided fauly unit (IDU/ODU) or last of workmanship in installation or addressing service calls.
More strange point that in all mails with panasonic, they never discuss about details of root cause problem except there repair charges. So it is strange manager behaviour attitude.
In one of call yesterday, discussed issue with senior manager & after talks, realized he is non-technical person. So Panasonic team should involve technical manager in such escalations, so they can understand concern & provide better resolution.
Desirable Resolution # Ideally they should inspect problem & find the root cause of issue, report transperently about it. Which they are not doing it .
As it hardly used system & 3 times same issue, they should fix problem immediately without any charges or with very very minimum charges.
