Panasonic — the worst service of panasonic | |||
Don't waste your money to buy any of panasonic products. What ever the product may be, but they have the worst service ever in india. If your machine showing any faults, they are taking too many days to send the engineer/technicians to check and then will serve if you have warranty. Otherwise they will identify some damaged parts and you need to pay for that. Even if you are agree with them, they will make your service pending for days-months and never let you update regarding your service. Rather they will create stories that the parts still not reached at their service center. How a big international brand like panasonic doing this type of cheap service? Better check both the quality and service of the brand / product before buying any products. For me. A big no to panasonic brand in india. The worst service of panasonic. Yes i agree with the above complaint.Even i faced the same issue.I have to take leave and wait for the serviceman weeks to months.They dont even update if they dont come.We have to call customer service everytime.Everytime they confirm your number and address and take your time, in turn they do nothing.Worst service.please dont buy panasonic products. If you buy consider it use and throw.
