Panasonic — tv display not working or tv panel may be corrupt

We bought a 123cm backlit led TV, that was not working after only a year, its screen is not working anymore, now the company is not possing any responsibility to get this correct and workable. I am rid and quite tensed and questionable as well that how a company's big product got spoil only after its warranty month, even it cost 47, 000, therefore I am worried about my money, it is not satisfactory at all to put such big amount for that big product by a middle-class person, it is not acceptable by me at least, so I want my product to be good or needed to be replaced with the new product as I have given full price for the product.
