Sir/madam,
I have launched my request to repair washing machine on 8th january 2020 with complaint no. R[protected]. Agent has visited but the process for repair and change of the damaged part has not been done and the agent is not answering the call. I have been facing serious problem as the washing machine is not working. Kindly look into matter at the earliest.

Panasonic company offered me panasonic 7i in the return of panasonic eluga ray max.

If you want to return me same unit .. Then mobile features must be same as of peculated mobile panasonic .

If company decides a value of my peculated mobile. Then pay an amount as much as you offer me panasonic 7i.
