The water purifier may be ok but customer care services are pathetically bad. Even after calling the technician was not ready to clean the membrane in warranty period. The membrane could be reused after cleaning but no information was given. Instead it was told to change the membrane after every six months. The original membrane was replaced by local one and was charged equal to original one. This time technician is not turning up even after making repeated calls to customers care. The technician was added independently the service and membrane rates and were answered with great amount of inflation.
