I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your company. You have the worst customer service team, and I've never regretted a purchase so much.
On June 18, 2021, I purchased two split air conditioners from Baljee Electronics in Tagore Garden.
Since then, I've had constant problems with one of the air conditioners, which I've had fixed four times by your team.
I even had my gas refilled in 9 months and still did not write to you, despite the fact that it is not normal for an electronic product to stop working after 9 months.
But what happened to me last week was shocking because I believe Panasonic is a good brand.
I registered a complaint with your team last week, on April 11th, specifically regarding a foul odour. After 48 hours, your technician arrived and informed us that a part had been burned and that it would be replaced. After several calls from my family, the technician visited today (basically after 6 days) and informed us that another part was also burned and could not be replaced today. I'll have to struggle for another 7 days as a result of my poor electronics selection.
