Panasonic — worst quality product

Its been 1 year and 3months i have purchased 55"led tv from panasonic and today it stopped working. I cannot see any video, support told there's a problem with led panel. They are charging nearly 37000/- for that, that means they are providing that worst quality that after the warranty period customer have to pay such amount. I want free replacement and will never purchase panasonic product..
