Pancard Clubs — non refund of matured amount invested in the scheme

I, applicant harilal shyamlal jayswal, reference to certificate folio no. Xxxxxx ack no.– 1051-01-ack181115 dated[protected].
Under above referred certificate folio number, i have invested my amount of rs.51, 300/- (Rs fifty one thousand three hundred only) in your company under the scheme of relax holiday and received the certificate under the same scheme from the company, which got matured on 01st, december, 2015 and the maturity amount stands at rs.71, 820/- (Seventy one thousand eight hundred twenty only) is payable by the company.
As required by the pan card ltd office i have submitted my original certificate, bank details (For neft), kyc documents duly signed by me with the office situated at 111/113, kalyandas udyog bhawan, prabhadevi, mumbai-400 025 on 07th january, 2016, and assured to repay the said maturity amount in the month of april, 2016, but very sorry to say that, till date i have not received my maturity amount of rs.71, 820/- (Seventy one thousand eight hundred twenty only) which was invested in pan card club ltd. Under relax holiday scheme.
In this regards, i requested thru email to [protected]@panoramicworld. Biz to refund my money at earliest and they assured me to refund my money at earliest by ecs, and provided me contact no for query in this regard, when i contacted on given no., no one neither pickup the phone nor responded me so i mailed 5 to 7 requisite letters to "[protected]@panoramicworld. Biz, [protected]@panoramicworld. Biz & [protected]@panoramicworld. Biz" but very sorry to say that after assuring me no single reply by the pancard club ltd to my 5 to 7 mails.
I hereby requesting your good self kindly look in to this matter and help me to get my matured amount of rs. 71, 820/- (Rs. Seventy one thousand eight hundred twenty only) with the appropriate rate of interest fix by the pan card club ltd. On delay payments of maturity amount, i hereby request to take necessary and strict action against the board of directors of "pancard club ltd." to refund the hard earn money.

Dear sir/madam,

we have two policies amounting to Rs.30000/- & rs.15000/-. which has been already due on 10/11/2016 & 24/05/2017. We have follow up with the company still no response from them. we need your help.

I also faces the same issue with this company i invested in 1policy of 50k..they are lier..after so much frustation i got my money back.
