Pancard Clubs — Certificate not received

Hi

I have not received certificate for folio[protected]. Please send the same to the registered email id as well as my daughters email id [protected]@gmail.com. Also I need the email id and contact details that were shared when I joined this club. Not sure which details are expected to be updated for the claim.
